Gestational diabetes questions!!?!

So my doctor upped my dosage of glyburide from 2.5 ml to 5 ml I am trying to figure out how low my sugars can be after eating, I know below 60 is bad at fasting but does that apply after an hour after eating, today my number was 85 and I had a piece of cake and 1 % lactose free milk after an hour after eating is that normal? Sorry if it sounds dumb I just never been that low before I have an appointment on Monday but trying to see if medication is too strong to stop it, so normal ranges after an hour eating? I am 28 weeks pregnant
