Addicted to soda
So I’m currently 4 wks pregnant and I cut off a lot on soda. I went from drinking 3-4 cans a day to maybe 1 every three days or more. I keep drinking water but I keep feeling like I’m super thirsty unless I drink some coke. Does anyone else know what else I can do to help with my addiction? I know it’s really bad for me and baby so I just want to get healthier for the little bean.
