Heading bobbing and Baby sick, 😢

My LO is 4 months old, he has been screaming for hours everyday for months. Every time we switch his formula he gets a lil better. He won't let me burp him without it being a struggle. Not to mention he keeps banging his head into my shoulder or my face or my forehead. He is also sick, he has a stuffy nose and is wheezing in his sleep. I can't get the snot out though because me and my boyfriend fight when the baby starts screaming he thinks I'm being mean to him. What do I do? I have seen my child hyperventilating because I was a new mom learning everything else and didn't realize how fast snot built up.
