Almost 13 weeks - horrible indigestion!

Anyone else?

I’m eating very small meals throughout the day, mostly crackers/applesauce/peanut butter on bread/some cereal - and no matter what I do, I bloat like crazy, then have horrible sour stomach, nausea, the works. This is going on ALL day and feels so debilitating. I just found out I can have Tums to a certain amount, but was just wondering if anyone else had any tricks? I’ll definitely be speaking to my OBGYN about this during my next appointment.
