What to do when BF is out of town?

My boyfriend travels out of town for work a lot and is gone for a week or two at a time. I don’t have many friends right now because I cut a lot of toxic people out of my life last year. I need suggestions on things to do to keep me distracted while he is away...I have a hobby (diamond painting) and I game on my nintendo switch but I know there will be nights I feel extra lonely and will need some human interaction. Any suggestions? Thanks! 💕

Do you work? Are you friends with any coworkers? If so, ask them if they want to go to the mall with you or grab food. If not, get a job. That would help a lot for you to connect with people and interact. You could go to the gym, there are people to meet there, and you would feel good about yourself. Are you religious? Maybe find a church or organization that supports your beliefs. Can you cook? Try different recipes. Post an ad somewhere to babysit or walk dogs. And don’t be afraid to do things alone: dinner, movies, etc. We often meet the most meaningful people unexpectedly.

When I lived alone I used to work out a lot, do bead work and I always cleaned and organized. I was also a super clearance shopper.

Do you have to do activities at night only? Maybe you can take up a cycling club, or craft club, or something that’s a group activity situation so you can meet new people and make friends!
