High BP? Maybe preeclampsia? Second pregnancy

Hello everyone. So I am currently pregnant with my second child. I did have a miscarriage between my first and second. So with my first son my BP started creeping up with him around 28 weeks and I ended up being put on bed rest at 32 and delivering at 36. My blood pressure CONSTANTLY stayed above 140/90 unless I was laying down. Well with this little girl i had horrible blood pressure already in the 140/90s in the first trimester. I have been on low dose aspirin since 14 weeks and have mostly logged 120/80 BPs. Well today I’ve felt the headaches start to come back and my BP was 133/87 today. Not high but higher than it has been. Anybody had an experience similar to this? Only 23 weeks!
