Did he get her hired? Same department? Less money coming out of his pocket if she’s working. Guess would depend on their daily contact. It would make me uneasy but try to look at the whole picture.

Depends, if she’s doing bad and needs help, a man may feel the need to make sure his baby mama is good and on her feet... some men MAKE SURE they have income of their own or take care of them even after the relationship because they love and respect their child’s mother... wouldn’t you help your child’s parent get on their feet?? After all she has to care for their kid and be able to provide for their kid as well... I’d have to get out of my feelings because as long as my baby daddy needs help getting a job/ working for me, I would do it so they can have money to be able to provide for our kid, and it not just be on me.... that’s just me.
