Sister in law pregnancy

Okay y’all my sil and I were pregnant at the same time with our firsts. I just had my son Dec. 22nd. She is due feb. 12th but here’s the thing... she is scheduled to be induced now January 22nd due to preeclampsia. 😬 She’s always been terrified of being pregnant and the health issues that could come with it. It even made it so she pushed off having kids because it was such a fear of hers. I can’t relate my pregnancy was pretty easy minus bad morning sickness that required medicine the first trimester. My labor was easy and I went into labor naturally the day before I had my induction date (no medical reason). But I guess what I’m asking is how can I support her and avoid talking about my pregnancy/labor because I don’t want her to feel bad about how hers is going so far but I also don’t want her to be worried because I’ve heard it can make things worse.

Just small update: but thank you ladies for your advice! She hasn’t asked me anything about my pregnancy and I wasn’t planning on talking about it just because I would feel bad. I just want to know what to do before hand and your guys advice really helped! Thank you guys for sharing your thoughts and ways to help means a lot! ❤️😊
