35 weeks and baby is breech

At my appointment today I mentioned to the dr that I was pretty sure the baby had moved. He had been head down but after a night of really painful Braxton Hicks contractions I felt him flip. She confirmed that it did feel like he was breech now. We’re going to do an ultrasound next week to check his position. She recommended acupuncture and massage as well as directing me to the spinningbabies website. If he hasn’t flipped by 37-38 weeks we may try a version. Has anyone tried any of these methods including a version and had them work? I really don’t want a c section and my hospital doesn’t do breech vaginal births.
