33w and 5d

So on dec 26th I went to the doctors and requested for them to check me for a UTI and they did and sent it out and I just noticed that I got the results back in my chart online and I had ketones in my urine at the level 5 and bacteria in my urine. They never called me to tell me my results but I’ve been having horrible back pain on my right side and Now I’m throwing up and have a headache and I was just driving about 25 minutes ago and I swear I forgot absolutely everything I couldn’t remember where I was, where I was going or what I was even doing and at this point my head was pounding. Could this all be from having bacteria in my urine or are these just normal pregnancy symptoms? Also doesn’t bacteria mean UTI? My doctor usually doesn’t call if everything comes back good so I just assumed that it was okay but now I’m alittle worried.
