In my area, it's hard to find a new on past 28 weeks. It's not impossible but most of the OBs in my area work out of the same office. So you really only have the option of going to 3 offices in my area.

I am 36 weeks && at like 34ish weeks I was thinking about switching OBs but honestly you’re about to have this baby in what 9 weeks that’s nothing this dr knows you what if your baby comes super early & you’ve only met that dr once or twice? Idk I’d be uncomfortable I wanna get to know someone for awhile. My dr is kinda weird & dull but whatever as long as I get my baby out safely idgaf

My partner fired my midwife two days after having baby kuz he finally met her and said she was unhelpful and overall pretty hopeless at her job at helping me as a ftm. I had been questioning her my whole pregnancy but didnt realise how bad she was as hadnt been through it before, (he has two older children so new what she should be doing and works so couldn't come to my appts ), she found me another midwife (who was sooooooo much better!!!!) that would take us on  for the last 6 weeks of checkups 😁😁
