Levothyroxine?

So I have subclinical hypothyroidism according to my doc...on one test my free T4 was low and tsh normal and another free T4 was normal and tsh high as well as feeling cold, fatigue, and hair thinning. I was put on the lowest dose to make sure I can tolerate it since I'm just borderline. Can anyone tell me what to expect or how long it takes to feel a difference or even what to watch out for as far as side effects?

I was put on 100mcg initially as my TSH was 41.3. (Hashimotos/Hypothyroidism) I was on that for 2 years with no issues and levels in the normal range. Then just a couple months ago started having these heart issues where i could feel my heart rate go out of rhythm and sometimes race. Turns out my thyroid meds were too high now (your body changes so medication may need to change) it was giving me hyperthyroidism symptoms and heart arrhythmia. So they lowered my dose to 88mcg and now after about a month I now longer have the heart issues and just found out I am pregnant with number 2. I’m guessing with my thyroid being off is why I wasn’t getting pregnant. 
Definitely just want to be aware of any abnormal symptoms and let your doctor k ow.

My tsh was 4.9 in May so I started on 25mcg, didn’t do anything for me it was like popping candy lol! My tsh went up to a 5.3 over a month in a half so my doctor put me on 50mcg my tsh now is 3.13 now I’m on 75mcg she at least wants it at a 1 point something so I’ll probably be induced to 88 mcg that should be it! I’ve been googling and reading trying to figure out why the body attacks it’s own system/thyroid!

I had pretty bad fatigue before I got started on the same dose as you 25mcg. I slowly started finding myself having more energy. My dosage has been upped a little now and it's amazing the difference I feel. I never knew how tired I was till I got these meds. I always just thought I was being lazy.

Definitely read the insert that came with the medication. And ask your pharmacist.
But typically if you get a racing heart beat at weird times. Constant headaches...usually that means you have too much t4 in your system. But at the lowest dose (25mcg I assume?) You are more then likely safe.
