Question

So im suppose to 6 weeks 5 days pregnant. And yesterday i had am ultrasound and got this picture and waa told my the u/s tech that she thought things looked fine and showed me the yolk sac and what looks like a fetal pole. Then i get a call from my doctor that radiation tech said he saw nothing in it and that he thinks i could have a blighted ovum. But that he doesn't think it's a definite miscarriage and i need to come in for another ultrasound in 1 to 2 weeks. So now im confused. My doctor also said that i have a corpus loteum cysts and that's what's causing pain. I have no bleeding. Have all my symptoms yet. And just the normal pulls and tugs down there and also constipated a lot too. But im i and the u/s tech crazy for seeing something and the other tech not??
