Cervix Position

Am

Sorry this is gonna be long.

So I know that the cervix position is not a reliable indicator of pregnancy. But I’ve been checking it regularly for a while now.

Back story a bit, I had mid cycle spotting 4 days before this app claims ovulation should have been. Im assuming it was ovulation spotting but I’ve never had it before and I didn’t take any ovulation tests or temp so I don’t know when I ovulated. If I ovulated then, I would be two days late. If the app is right. I’d be two days before af.

I have been testing every other day since I would have been due for af if I ovulated when I had the spotting. Both tests have been negative. I used strips I got on amazon that a lot of people on here use as well and I’ve gotten positives on with my last pregnancy (that unfortunantely ended in mc at 6 weeks).

So my cervix has been between high and medium for probably a week to a week and a half now. Normally it’s not like this leading up to af. A few days before af it drops low and stays there until i start then it jumps up high.

It’s been high every day, but sometimes it drops a bit to more of a medium-high level. In other words, not really between high and medium, more high and almost unreachable (mostly the latter).

So my ultimate question is, should I test again with what I’ve been using (I’ll comment with the brand) or should I get some FRER to test in a couple more days? Is the high cervix hopefully a good sign?

TIA and sorry! I know we’re all probably sick of the whole “is my cervix saying I’m pregnant” questions. I know it’s not an indicator but I’m grasping at straws. It’s been 4 years since we started trying and the 25th of Jan will have been my due date for the pregnancy I lost. I just want to be pregnant again and give my son a little brother or sister.
