Am I to young?

Question

I am only 13 and have only had 1 period, but I have already used tampons and um... explored myself before. So I have experience with sticking stuff up my vagina already. But before I got my period I was like obsessed with periods lol. Anyway, I have done a lot of research on menstrual cups, but I wanna know if 13 is too young to be using a menstrual cup. I know it might sound really weird, but I really wanna know.
Update: I have been doing so much research, and have even taken a quiz to find the right menstrual cup for me. I am not sure how to ask my mom, or talk about with her. I currently use tampons, and I haven't even told her that. I don't really have a good relationship with her, and I don't like talking about things like periods and stuff like that. Any advice on how to talk to her and ask her about menstrual cups?
Update: Ok, so I currently have the menstrual cup inside of me right now, and I love it so much! 100× better than disposables. Also, thank you everyone who upvoted or replied to my post. ♡

I think they’re awesome! If you’re comfortable with it (if you’ve researched the process), I don’t think you’re too young! It’s awesome to not have to buy tampons lol.

Menstrual cups can be folded up to be a similar size to a tampon before inserting it so there is nothing stopping you, if you have a period you can try a menstrual cup. They often come in small & large size but you should select the cup based on your flow, not the size.

The cups are by far my favorite. Your not sitting in your blood like with a pad and you don't feel like you have a stick covered in blood up in you. It's 100x better in my opinion.

I’m on my first period too. I’m also 13 and was also obsessed with wanting to get my period😂 wow! I’ve also... um did stuff. If you do find away to talk to ur mom about getting one, let me know so I can ask my mom
