I’ve been really looking into trying to switch to a menstrual cup. I hear a lot of good things and I would love to invest in one.  
Any tips and tricks and recommendations for the best ones?!

Get you a cup girl, here's my experience, I didn't like my periods honestly, I dreaded that one week I have to be bleeding . Mostly cos I had to use pads and I hated the smell and the look too. So one day before my period I decided I could do things differently. I had some money so i ordered one, I was told to take a small size cos my flow is not heavy. 
Here's what, it's been the best experience ever, it was painful at first I literally gave up on the first day and had to use pads but I felt really grossed out so I watched several videos on YouTube and I kinda got the hang of it. It leaks a little cos I'm still learning, this is my third period with the cup and I made the best decision everrr!!

I’ve used the diva cup for at least a year! It takes time getting used to putting it in and taking it out but it is soooo much better than pads, also so much more cost affective. When it is it correct I cannot feel it and 0 leaks. No risk for toxic shock syndrome. You can leave it in for 12 hours. My periods are much more bareable now! Highly recommend! 
Also the diva cup only comes in 2 sizes. Size one if you have never given birth and size 2 if you have!

I got the duchess cup and today is my first day using it! So far, I’m liking it. I couldn’t get it in yesterday so I said screw it and tried again today (it went much smoother). I’m nervous to remove it for the first time! But I can’t feel it at all and I’m excited to not have to buy tampons anymore!
