Anyone bleed nonstop with Mirena?

I got the mirena three months ago after having my second baby and dealing with severe mood swings, night sweats and extreme bodg hair growth. My OB recommended it because I always became very suicidal on bc pills and trying to remember to take the was horrible. I have since bled every single day. Some days have been light and spotting, but for the most part it’s been like being on a period for three months now. My doc wants me to wait a little while longer and said “I’m just one of the lucky ones who deals with the harsh side effects”. Anyone else deal with this much bleeding and eventually get back to normal?
