Found lumps 😰

I got my IUD placed in June. Every month I check my strings.. yesterday I checked my strings for this month and found 2 somewhat decent sized lumps in my vagina: one on my cervix and one a little further down on the vaginal wall. I feel them with my finger but I don’t feel anything when I touch them. Has anyone had this and it NOT be cancer or an STD? I think I will die if I find my boyfriend gave me something.. it doesn’t feel like I would think genital warts would feel like. Mine are smooth and round.. I’ve never had an STD and I’ve only slept with my boyfriend for the past 2 years. I’ve never seen any signs of an STD on him. I see his dick all the time. Help ease my mind!! I had a child vaginally 2 years ago.
