How long is your baby napping?

How many naps a day? How long is the nap? How long in between naps?

For 2 weeks now he's only taking one 2.5 hr nap around 2pm and MAYBE one 1hr nap after we wake up (wake up is at 8am so first nap is 2.5-3hrs after). For a few weeks he was napping 2 hrs after wake up time lasting 2.5 hrs and sometimes a 1hr one at 4pm. I just follow his lead because honestly he sleeps A LOT better at night when he sleeps less in the day. If he needs a nap, he'll get it. If he doesn't need it, I don't push it on him. 
P.s. I take naps with him every time he naps so I take what I can get lol

Three naps a day, each one is between 1-3 hours, with no more than a 2 hour wake window between them. He sleeps 12 hours a night. I think we just have a very sound sleeper 🤷🏼‍♀️

Sleeps 7:30pm - 7am (with one quick wake up to eat around 5am) 
Nap 1 is 2.25 hours after wake up and I wake her at 1.5 hours. Nap 2 is 2.5 hours later and I cap it at an hour. Nap 3 is 2.5 hours later and I cap it at 30mins. Bedtime falls 2.25 hours later.
