OPK - and a BD question

I am over thinking it maybe but this afternoon my opk was still a slightly negative but this evening it’s reading positive. I definitely have some ovulation symptoms.

My question is (bear with me) - we did BD this morning. Should we wait until tomorrow to bd again (it would be tomorrow night) or bd again tonight?

I worry my husband may have sperm issues - so I don’t want to do it too often as I have heard it can affect sperm health. I have no idea - but

After a year of trying I’m starting to get more serious with trying and timing etc.
