Any ideas to sooth a 6months old teething?

Help please! He literally is so fussy and tries to sleep throughout my whole day and stay up the whole night

Silicone teething toys, breastmilk or fruit puree popsicles (not sure if it works with formula), and tylenol. I'd get a bunch of different silicone ones with different textures as mine liked different ones depending on what stage of teething she was at.

Have you tried all the usual? Teething toys are really helping my son at the moment and he’s particularly enjoying these:

There’s also teething gels and powders that might offer some relief. 
And if none of that works, you can give infant paracetamol and/or infant ibuprofen (I was told by a healthcare professional to give the ibuprofen too, if the paracetamol isn’t helping much). Just think about if you had bad tooth ache, I’m sure you’d take something to help relieve the pain, so giving medicine is perfectly okay!!
