Possible scar tissue?

Just curious for those dealing with scar tissue after a d&c. I had one 9/27/19. I’ve had 3 periods since then. My first two were normal flow and normal length wise (7 days long with days 6/7 as more brown spotting than bleeding). Anyway, this 3rd period has been super weird. It came on time as my app predicted. But it started out with light spotting on Sunday night around 9:30. Monday and Tuesday were regular flow. Then Wednesday was light bleeding, then started brown spotting, then nothing at all. Now it’s day 5 with nothing except very little brown spotting when wiping. This is so unusual so I called my doctor curious if this could be related to scar tissue. She said possibly and is having me come in. Her first available appointment is next Wednesday. So I’m curious how long it would take for the signs and symptoms of scar tissue to appear and is this fixable?? I’m stressing myself out
