Supplement overload??
So we are currently ttc baby # 1.
I have late ovulation and a luteal defect that are currently under investigation.
In the mean time I’ve been loading with vitamins and such to give me the best chance of that bfp.
However, my SO thinks I’m going over board. I’m taking;
▪️ 2 x 1000mg fish oil capsules with omega 3 and FHA
▪️600mg of CoQ10
▪️ 2 x bud female fertility (multi vit with 500mg folate)
▪️ 1 x 100mg b6
▪️ 2 x 1000mg vitamin c
▪️ 1ml b complex liquid
▪️ I am considering using wild yam cream this cycle after ovulation.
What supplements is everyone else taking?
Am I taking too much?
