Full of cold, best medicine to take?!

Hey girls, literally full of cold and its killing me off. What medicine is best to take? Is it just paracetomels? Im 28+3

I've been sick since Nov and am on my second antibiotic.  They were hesitant to give me anything so went through ALL of the home remedies before they would give me round 2. If desperate, the nasal rinses help a lot (so hard and gross though). Robotissin is the only thing that's helped with the cough. Inhalers are also pregnancy safe. This week, I started taking Unison at night and ot helps tremendously dry up congestion, plus getting sleep is amazing.

Thanks girls, honestly never normally get ill but this is killing me off. Had the worst nights sleep too. Sudafed it is then 👌🏼

My doctor said sudafed is safe. I too have a nasty cold.  Hope you feel better!

Sorry to hear your sick!! I’ve had Laryngitis and it’s taking me over a 1 1/2 wks to get over this and it’s sucks but yes, all we can take is Tylenol (Paracetomels) and halls. You can rub Vick’s vapor rub on your chest and neck at night and also drink lemon and ginger tea. This is what I’ve been doing as well. Here is to hoping we get better soon💗💚💐
