Would you use this while pregnant?

Just wondering opinions on using this during
pregnancy? It doesn’t say not to...it is natural...I used it today and now idk if I should have and I’m freaking out from overthinking. Uhhgg

So I actually heard from a very popular dentist that using activated charcoal on your teeth is not as good as everyone thinks it is and it’s actually bad for your teeth I personally wouldn’t use it

This is fine to use during pregnancy, it's will not harm you or ur baby 🥰. I do want you to know tho as someone who used it for 6 months it doesnt work and a waste of money
