When should I take birth control pill?

The Sunday after my period was a little bit of spotting so I didn’t take the pill “the sunday after my period” because it was the day right after. So should I start this Sunday or should I have taken it then?

just use backup contraception for the first seven days and you can start whatever day of the week and whenever you want
