bed bug question!!! UPDATE !!!

Has anyone ever tried food grade diatomaceous earth to get rid of bed bugs ?! I’ve heard a lot of pros about it I just wanted to know other’s opinions ☺️

So I’ve been using DE since this has been posted and I’ve been cleaning it every two days and putting more down , today I went to clean up the room and this is what I found under my pillow ... if you look closely you can tell it’s a bed bug body ....
