Cannot eat 😭 who’s on the same boat ?

I’m 5 weeks pregnant (just found out) honestly I’m so nauseated and can’t even eat a thing , I’m worried this might effect the development of the baby that Is n the last two days iv had around 400 calls max each day , tried shakes tried everything 😭 help

First trimester all I wanted were carbs. The plainer the better. I swear I lived on mac&cheese, grilled cheese and pickles

Don’t stress I’m 17 weeks and still this way and the baby is still perfectly healthy and growing you are just the one suffering this is my first pregnancy like this and it’s rough but the prize is worth it definitely eating plain and idk about you but salt relieves me some so I eat sun flower seeds bc the shell has salt (no I don’t eat the shell lol) it’s not great but does ease me some I literally have like 5 options to eat that don’t make me sick

My friend has had morning sickness and she said lemon shots helped. Mix same amount of water with a fully squeezed lemon and have it :)
