Sick baby

So my LO has been sick with a virus and a double ear infection. He’s been on antibiotics for 3 days now. His cough is still really terrible, but he’s feeling a bit better.

Now

I’m sick 🤦🏼‍♀️ sore throat and a start to a cough. How do I take care of my LO and not pass germs back and forth?? Any mommies on here have suggestions? Maybe a mask?
