Would you care if your one story house was next to a two story house? 🏡

We’re building in a new neighborhood and the last two big lots to pick from were directly next to each other - a two story and a one story. There’s very few two stories in the neighborhood since we live in FL and everyone pretty much prefers one stories. We decided to go with the one story since it had more kitchen and living room space, but someone asked me “will it be weird having your ranch right next to a two story? will it be weird to look at?”
