Please Help! (D&C related)

I had a D&C 3 days ago after a long battle trying other options, as in letting miscarriage happen naturally and then misotropol which only made me feel worse. I have been having issues which I thought were normal and some might be but I need to know if I should call my doc or wait till appt tuesday. My symptoms are massive bloating (like to the point I feel like I am going to explode), sharp shooting pains randomly, cramps, constipation, now for the more crazy stuff....my jaw has been hurting and causing tooth pain on and off since yesterday morning and my body is feeling like I have a horrible sunburn that started yesterday with it just upper back, neck and shoulders and now moving onto most of my body including face. Im getting nervous I am already developing a infection because from everything Ive read I should feel better by now! Help please! 😓
