Bloody show? (FTM)

It’s been a rough couple days guys.. 2 days ago I was having contractions about 2-3 minutes apart lasting over 4 hours, finally went in and got checked out and they monitored me and sure enough I was still having them every 2-3 minutes for the 2 hours I was there and they sent me home to see what would happen. They weren’t very painful and didn’t get stronger. Then yesterday around 4 started having steady contractions and they got actually painful so went in again and got checked again, they had me walk around and I didn’t dilated anymore so got sent home again. I was able to fall asleep so the contractions stopped. I know spotting is normal after cervix checks and stuff so I did spot a little. This morning had like brown spotting again, so I know is normal. But then just wiped and got a huge glob of this with actual blood. Is this what bloody show looks like?
