I know CM doesn't correlate, but..

So I know CM can't tell you you're pregnant, but has anyone had sticky CM as a sign? I've had it for days now and my period is supposed to come today with no symptoms of showing.

Based on this medically reviewed article sticky CM is common in early pregnancy. Anyone have this? I'm scared to test and don't want to to symptom spot. This is month 11 TTC.

Also, I dreamed last night I had a positive test.
