17w cramping

For a few days I’ve been having like weird cramping. If I stand up straight too fast my lower side cramps but then I lean over and it goes away and I stand up slower and it’s fine. I woke up one night with a cramp in the same side. It feels like when you get a Charlie horse but somehow in my lower stomach. Is this normal ?? Lol what is causing it? It’s not really bad pain just annoying.
