Awkward marriage convo

So my boyfriend and I have been together for a very long time and we’ve known each other since grade school. A few weeks ago my dad asked me when my boyfriend was going to talk to him about marrying me... Also my step dad asked my boyfriend last week when he’s going to turn me into a wife... of course my boyfriend and I have talked about it, but now I’m feeling a little uncertain he’ll ever propose. We have a child on the way and I feel uneasy giving my child his last name if it’s not even mine yet... what do I do? How should I feel with all of this? I’m so confused...
