Please help me❗️I have no clue what to think 😥

I went for my first ultra sound yesterday. I thought I was 7 weeks and 1 day based on my LMP. I was on birth control for 10+ with irregular periods but once I stopped it I got a period right away on November 21st.

I was using pregmate ovulation test trips and it says my peak was December 6th. I took a clear blue 6 days sooner test on December 15th and got a VERY may I repeat VERY faint line almost wasn’t there at all. I took several after that in the weeks following and got a BFP.

When I went for my vaginal ultra sound yesterday they said I had a gestational sac that was measuring around 5 weeks with no fetal pole or yolk sac yet. I got my HCG number today and it was 1,909 which is supposedly ok for a 5 weeks gestational sac. I go tomorrow again to get blood redrawn. I’m so confused by this because according to my lmp I should be 7 weeks. Does anyone have insight on this? Do you always have to go by lmp? My HCG sticks only have gotten darker over the weeks.
