Help 😞

Ok so I’ve just come back from a Christian camp and it was amazing! I connected with God in a way I have never done before, and I felt that my time there brought me way closer to him. But I fear that my past life will catch up on me and take me away from Jesus. My last couple years I had made some very bad decisions that impacted my friends and family and the way I viewed the world. I forgot about Jesus, didn’t read my bible even going to Church and Youth I complained about. I would really like some advice on how either how to pray or some tips on how to stay interested in the Gospel and not go back to old habits.
