I'm very worried...no bleeding after 48 hours and now I've developed a fever that won't give without 1000mg of Tylenol

So I had a D/C on Tuesday. I began to feel fine. Only light spotting. And then nothing on Thursday. Thursday night, I developed what I didn't realize until the next morning was a fever. I have body aches and everything. It has been constant with upper back pain from congestion and coughing. I called the doctor Friday and they seem to think it's just a flu or cold. I don't feel any pain below, but my uterus hasn't decreased in size either. I was going to go to urgent care, but I'm not having unusual discharge, clotting, bleeding, or any severe pain. Do you think it's an infection and tissue is blocked which is why I'm not bleeding, or do you think I just have the flu. Also, I'm taking doxycycline (antibiotics).
