Sleep help

My little used to go down well in the bassinet at night and wake up briefly for 1-2 night feedings. During the day we contact nap and I don’t want to change that.

Recently though he’s not been letting me put him down in the bassinet or cot or pack and play, the second he touches it he screams.

I would be ok if he even slept at 1-2 hour stretches but I don’t know what to do with this.

I attempted to co sleep following the safe sleep 7 the best I can but I honestly don’t feel comfortable with it and barely slept.

Not really wanting to do cry it out or similar. Just want my baby to let me put him down for whatever stretch of sleep he’d like.
