Back ache 😢
Ladies how have you coped with back ache?
I'm 21 weeks, couldn't sleep last night due to the pain. It's almost unbearable. It's my lower right side and into my bum. I have taken paracetamol and done some stretching but it hasn't helped.
Any advice greatly received!
