Exercising and miscarriage
Just recently had a miscarriage 12/2 started an exercise routine (stationary bike and resistance bands for the booty lol) around that time because plan was to lose 30 pounds before getting pregnant again. (I’m pretty overweight) but surprise I’m pregnant again already. Is it safe to keep exercising or should I be concerned about another miscarriage and take it easy? I’m lost....
