Struggling to sleep
Sometimes now more often i am struggling to stay asleep or fall asleep in first place.
I usually felt more stressed however last week my sleep was quite ok, this weekend i slept fine too however when it comes to sunday night I’m not sure how much i sept as i kept waking up all the time, took sleeping pills but even those did not help much.
Has anyone experienced trouble sleeping without any big reason or felt stressed or maybe knows how to improve the sleep?
