Sore nipples right after ovulation?

So me and my husband have been trying for a baby for 3 months now with one miscarriage so far.

My ovulation week just ended about 2 days ago and for the last 4 days my nipples and breast have been super sore in general and more so to the touch. Can anyone give me a lil insight on why maybe they could be so sore?

My breast dont normally hurt during my period, which is still 2 weeks away. And I was just at my Obgyn a month or so ago and there was no signs of any problems in my breast.
