LET ME KNOW SOMETHING!!! EVERYONE CHIME IN

Ok so this maybe a little lengthy. Me and my fiancé has been trying naturally to get pregnant for about 6- 7 years! We decided like 3 months ago we would try at home insemination. Our first go round was not successful. We bout have been taking fertility meds for like 2 mnths and then we bumped heads so it got put on hold. Last month December we had intercourse on my last day of ovulation. Now my period is missing. I took to pregnancy test but they both said negative. So i went to the hospital on the 11th to get blood work done. At the point of bloodwork i was 4 days late so the doctor said it maybe to early to tell! I get my results tomorrow. Do you guys think my cycle may be changing or and i testing to early cause eve has always been spot on!!!? The i have only been like maybe a day late in forever but now I’m 6 days late Idk 😐 i included picture on my cycle chart
