Anyone Else?

I am about 13 weeks and have been getting a random sharp stabbing pain just below my bellybutton sometimes it lasts just for a second and others maybe on and off for a minute. It's not a "big" pain and it's about an inch below my bellybutton and sliiiiiightly to the right. Could it be gas pain? Doesn't really feel like "bubbles" 🤔 I've also been having what I assume is ligament pains/aches and such. Just wanted to see if anyone has the same- I haven't seen my bean since 11 weeks and all was good but I just find any discomfort sooo nervewracking 😥
