Symptoms...

So, I was wondering if anyone has ever had pregnancy symptoms whilst on their period? I’ve been having headaches for about a week, I’m so so tired & feel a little sick, I have an extremely itchy right nipple and I literally have to pee after already peeing so I never feel empty if you know what I mean? I’m not extremely heavy but not light either so could I generally be pregnant? Thanks I’m advance 🤪
