Low morphology, low count, low mobility..

We’ve been TTC for a year now, and had my DH tested in November. He had low motility, low count, and 0% morphology. My doctor didn’t seem too concerned and told us to try a list of supplements for 3 months and repeat SA.

I feel as if we’re at a loss. We’re 28 years old in really good health. My doctor didn’t seemed concerned, but I am. Is IVF our only option?

Has anyone had success stories with all of these things being so low?!

It breaks my heart seeing my husband so sad over something that he thinks is entirely his fault...
