Anyone else felt real insecure and depressed entire pregnancy & after ?

up until two days ago I've been feeling myself again, more social , more of a mom , more beautiful, working on my spiritual soul mental health & physical .

I'm also new to working out postpartum. Today was hell, but I LOVED it . It starts with YOU . Anyone can do it! No pain no gain .

I feel like I can use this app as a journal or a place to vent without JUDGEMENT
