Any ideas on rash?

It started has a dry patch of skin and has gradually gotten redder. We have tried aquaphor, and now Aveeno Eczema lotion. She had a similar patch on her shoulder and behind her knee.

My son had a bright red spot like that under his chin which turned out to be eczema. His doctor gave him hydrocortisone.

My son has the same on his chest, Dr gave us a cortisone cream

My daughter had this bad on her neck/chest and the dr said it was probably a combo of contact dermatitis/eczema/sensitive skin. We were given hydrocortisone and it worked wonders. I also apply aveeno eczema lotion and aquaphor as needed.

Any ideas on rash?
