OCD Mama
I have very bad OCD tendencies. Not the kind where I’m repetitively doing something (although that comes and goes), but I’m very very clean. I clean even when there’s nothing to clean.
Then comes baby. When I feed him, I don’t let him play in his food. I’m usually always wiping his face, and I clean his chair way before I take him out. I’m trying to ease up a little bit but I’m almost 30 and have been going through this for many years. Messes really give me anxiety, to the point where I’m on the verge of tears.
How do I overcome this so that my baby can experience what babies absolutely love to do?
